Description
Alpha Dreams Homes Ltd. offers new home construction as well as deck, roof, and kitchen renovations to its clients. The company offers estimates and expert assistance before work assignments.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Supervise and train other workers.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines, Schedule and confirm appointments, and Manage contracts.
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages and electronic inquiries.
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information.
- Advise senior management and respond to employee questions and complaints.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Provide customer service and maintain and manage the digital database.
Employment requirements
Language: English
Education: Minimum high school,
Experience: minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant work experience
Certifications: Completion of the college program for administrative assistant would be an asset,
Skills: Attention to detail, Analyzing information, planning, good communication skills,independent work, and decision-making.
