Branch Office Administrator

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general office management including IT systems and human resources. As our Branch Administrator, you will ensure efficient operations, compliance with company policies, and a positive working environment for all staff members.
Office Maintenance & Operations:
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the branch office, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Manage office equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely services.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and other facility-related needs.

Collaborate with our 3rd party IT technicians to troubleshoot issues, manage software updates, and implement new technologies.
Oversee data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.

Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training process for new employees.
Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Compliance & Risk Management:
~ Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.


Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
~3+ years of experience in office administration or management within the financial services or similar industry.
~ Experience in managing office facilities, IT systems, and HR functions.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
