We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Administrator to oversee and manage the daily operations of our financial services branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general office management including IT systems and human resources. As our Branch Administrator, you will ensure efficient operations, compliance with company policies, and a positive working environment for all staff members.Key Responsibilities:Office Maintenance & Operations:Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the branch office, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Manage office equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely services.Coordinate with vendors for repairs and other facility-related needs.Information Technology (IT) Management:Ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure within the branch.Collaborate with our 3rd party IT technicians to troubleshoot issues, manage software updates, and implement new technologies.Oversee data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.Human Resources Management:Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training process for new employees.Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR regulations.Foster a positive work culture, encouraging teamwork and professional development.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.Customer Service Excellence:Work closely with the ownership group to ensure operations are being managed according to expectations.Promote a customer-centric culture within the branch, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Address staff inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.Qualifications:Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.3+ years of experience in office administration or management within the financial services or similar industry.Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting.Experience in managing office facilities, IT systems, and HR functions.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Compensation:Competitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and matching retirement plans.Performance-based bonuses.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualifications and experience to receptionhydrostone@assante.com with the subject line “Branch Administrator Application – (Your Name)” by September 6, 2024.
