Assante Hydrostone is in search of a proactive and skilled Branch Administrator to effectively oversee and manage the daily functions of our financial services branch.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in general office administration, including IT systems and human resources management.

As the Branch Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, adherence to company policies, and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere for all employees.


Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:
Supervise the maintenance and organization of the branch office, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Oversee office equipment and vendor partnerships to guarantee cost-effective and timely services.
Coordinate with service providers for repairs and other facility-related requirements.

Information Technology Oversight:
Ensure the seamless operation of IT systems and infrastructure within the branch.
Collaborate with external IT specialists to troubleshoot issues, manage software updates, and implement new technologies.
Supervise data security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.

Human Resources Leadership:
Direct the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new hires.
Manage employee relations, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
Cultivate a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and professional growth.

Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.

Address staff inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or management within the financial services sector or a similar industry.

Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting practices.
Experience in managing office facilities, IT systems, and HR functions.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
