As the Business Development Executive at Driftwood, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our growth strategy across Western Canada. This dynamic position involves engaging in all stages of project acquisition—from RFQ and RFP processes to project execution—ensuring our telecom construction solutions meet the evolving needs of the industry. You'll harness your extensive telecom sector experience and established key relationships to deliver compelling presentations, design targeted proposals, and negotiate high-value contracts.
 
At Driftwood, you will not only contribute to shaping our sales and marketing strategies but also drive our long-term success by exceeding revenue targets through innovative business development initiatives. Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends to identify and leverage emerging business opportunities. 
Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate and manage contracts to broaden business scope and revenue. 
Industry Experience : Minimum of 15 years in B2B sales within the telecom sector, evidenced by a history of business expansion. 
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. 
Autonomous, driven leader with an in-depth understanding of FTTX and HFC Engineering, Network Design, Fibre Services, etc. 
University degree in Business or Engineering; ranges between $65,000 to $120,000 CAD annually, supplemented by a Sales Incentive Plan aligned with your experience and past performance.
