Event Management: Plan and coordinate marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and sponsorships, to maximize brand exposure.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
Bilingual in French and English.

~5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the sporting goods industry or related sectors.
