Integrity Home Health Services is dedicated to providing exceptional client services and care. We are seeking a dedicated part-time bilingual Client Care Coordinator (up to 16 hours per week) to join our team in our Moncton Branch. This position offers the opportunity to work part-time in the office and on-call to meet the needs of our clients.

As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met. You will manage client inquiries, coordinate care services, and provide administrative support to our team.

Duties include:

Answering incoming calls

Matching clients to caregivers' schedules with "Best Match" practices

Grow relationship with clients, caregivers and referral sources.

Receiving payments

Replenishing supplies

Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure clients and caregivers needs are met

Proficient with the use of computer applications
Strong customer service skills
Creative thinking & problem solving
Self-starter comfortable with multitasking
Strong interpersonal skills
Working in a team environment
Must be Bilingual in English and French

Fonctions comprennent:

Répondre aux appels entrants

Faire correspondre les clients aux horaires des soignants avec les pratiques de " meilleure correspondance "

Développer les relations avec les clients, les soignants et les sources de référence.

Réception des paiements

Réapprovisionnement en fournitures

Effectuer des appels et des courriels de suivi pour garantir que les besoins des clients et des soignants sont satisfaits
