As an Intermediate Mechanical Technologist, you will work in collaboration with the Mechanical Team.
Assist in developing, planning, organizing and carrying the design of various mechanical projects using AutoCAD and Revit
Carry out and assist with field inspection and field data collection
Assist with site Investigations and studies
Assist in the preparation of Building condition audits and asset management planning
Assist with building energy modeling
Adhere to project budgets and objectives
Attend project meetings with Clients and other design team members
Participate in internal and external project meetings
College Diploma in either Mechanical or Buildings Systems
Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical design and drafting in AutoCAD & Revit
Sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office products
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, bilingual (French) would be an asset
Valid Driver's License
