SOCIAL CONTENT MANAGER

We give our Social Content Managers a lot of autonomy, with support from ‘above’ and ‘below’. The Social Content Manager will be responsible for the planning, production, execution, and measurement of a variety of storytelling devices; from videos to live events to digital campaign content. They will have a strong understanding of the importance of integrated communication planning, be up-to-play with current industry trends and insights and easily navigate various social algorithms to increase the visibility of our content. Partnering with Content Creators, he/she will work closely with the client, and with our strategy, account, and creative teams to develop and execute creative social media concepts and tactics.
Collaborate with Influencers, Content Creators, and Production Studio to develop and deliver high-quality, high-impact and results oriented content.
Influencer performance reporting - compile and analyze performance metrics from influencer campaigns, transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives. Generate actionable insights to inform future strategies, identify trends, and recommend next steps for optimizing campaign performance and achieving business objectives.
Use platforms like Tagger to efficiently manage all aspects of influencer campaigns, including outreach, content scheduling, and performance tracking. Lead briefings, production management, and approval processes of any social assets/ posts which support daily & opportunistic moments
Manage the execution of content deployment and outreach efforts, including the evaluation of success and refinement of strategies on an ongoing basis.
Liaising with the rest of the social team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
Work with the creative and media teams to publish content across various social media platforms
Ensure the timely execution and delivery of content briefs to cross-functional teams
3-5 years proven content marketing experience with success in building and executing channel growth strategies
~ University or College degree in Social Media Marketing, Communications, PR, Content Marketing, and/or relevant job experience
~ Thorough understanding of social platforms & best practices across Meta, Google, Pinterest, etc.
~ Proficiency with social media management and analytical tools, including Sprout Social and Hootsuite.
~ Strong copywriting skills, specifically as it relates to social media
~ Strong project management and organizational skills
