Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the chief investment officer and executive teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel itineraries, and handling expense reports
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the executives. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond appropriately
- Plan, organize, and execute meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes, and ensuring all necessary resources are available
- Create, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Track and reconcile expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned, providing research, analysis, and administrative support
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
