Our commitment to innovation and quality drives us to deliver reliableproducts that meet the evolving needs of our customers and partners.Role Expectations:Research, identify, and engage RV manufacturers and dealers through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and trade shows.Follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing and business development initiatives.Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aimed at establishing long-term partnerships with major RV manufacturers and dealerships.Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations showcasing the value and features of Routica's wireless cellular routers.Negotiate and close deals with a focus on achieving favorable terms and meeting sales targets.Collaborate with the CTO and marketing support team to address technical inquiries, provide valuable feedback for future product development, and ensure seamless customer support.Stay updated on competitive products, pricing, and industry trends to effectively position Routica in the market.Qualifications:A proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in IoT, telecommunications, or related RV industries.Solid understanding of cellular networks, Wi-Fi technologies, and their applications in mobile internet access from vehicles.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle objections effectively.Self-driven with a results-oriented approach and a strong work ethic.Willingness to travel across the US and Canada as needed.Degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Passion for the RV lifestyle is a significant plus.What We Offer:Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision care, disability, and life insurance.Work-life balance: Mostly remote work with occasional in-person meetings at our Guelph office.Opportunity for rapid career advancement to senior positions within the company.
