The Role The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing education-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet institutional goals. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and policies.

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives in education, working closely with educators, administrators, and external partners to enhance learning experiences and program effectiveness. Additionally, this position requires an ability to navigate complex educational regulations, funding structures, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project outcomes. The role demands a strong background in both project management methodologies and the education sector to ensure a seamless integration of innovative educational programs and organizational objectives.
 
Rosedale International Education Inc. (RIE) is a global education and technology provider based in Toronto, Canada, with a mission to reshape the future of worldwide education.
RIE owns and operates Rosedale Global High School, which partners with international schools and government organizations to deliver the Canadian Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)program locally, using collaborative in-person programs and digital technology.
 
Project Planning & Execution:
· Develop and manage project plans, scope, and objectives to align with institutional goals.
· Define project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
· Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
· Work closely with academic staff, administrators, and external partners to ensure project alignment.
· Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive project success.
· Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

Budget & Resource Management:
· Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control.
· Optimize resource allocation while maintaining quality and efficiency.
· Identify and mitigate financial risks.
 
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
· Ensure projects adhere to educational policies, accreditation requirements, and legal guidelines.
· Maintain high-quality standards in project deliverables.
· Address and resolve project-related issues efficiently.

Risk Management & Problem-Solving:
· Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
· Analyze project performance and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar platforms.
Strong background in instructional design, with experience in developing innovative, learner-centered educational content and curricula.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the education sector.
Strong understanding of education systems, learning management systems, policies, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with grant writing and funding processes in education.
Strong analytical skills to assess project impact and effectiveness.
