About the team
The partnerships team at Noibu is the team with the largest opportunity today. This role will report to and partner directly with Noibu’s CRO, Kailin Noivo, in the creation of Noibu’s first-ever Partner Program. We’re looking for someone ambitious with an insatiable curiosity and hunger to have an impact.
What you'll be doing:- Find and build meaningful relationships with the agencies of our customers to drive additional customer value as defined by GRR & NPS.Build a scalable program for partner onboarding and success to drive Noibu adoption.
- Hold QBR’s with our top agencies to demonstrate the value they are creating for their merchants and further adoption.
- Ensure that Noibu is built into how agencies sell and displace their competitors.
- Build executive-level relationships with agencies to co-sell into their customer base around a monitoring solution.
- You have experience building out partner channel programs at SaaS-based companies (retail is a bonus)
- Are highly motivated; you’re eager to solve challenges and have high output.
- Highly direct; you believe in being direct with feedback.
- Consider yourself a builder, you thrive when building and iterating.
- Are a self-starter; you don’t need someone directing you. You seek out problems and take the initiative to solve them.

Compensation
