Brim offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise will be valued, and your contributions will directly impact our success.Responsibilities:Day-to-Day Operations:Manage funds flow between partner banks, card networks, and customers, ensuring timely and accurate transactions including forecasting future funding requirements.Calculate financial metrics of the credit card portfolio including balances, revenue, fees, charge-off, and other financial metrics associated with the credit card portfolio.Conduct and oversee settlement and payment reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.Monitor portfolio performance, identify key trends, and investigate discrepancies.Management Responsibilities:Oversee the structuring and execution of securitization transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Work closely with the accounting team members to ensure accurate and compliant accounting for all portfolio activities.Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms, including daily, monthly, and quarterly reports to track portfolio performance and financial covenants.Manage relationships with all partners including banks, lenders, card networks, legal counsel, regulators, and other stakeholders.Develop and implement securitization and other strategies to optimize funding and liquidity for Brim's credit card portfolios.Conduct deep dives of performance metrics and market trends to inform decision-making and risk management strategies.Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices related to securitization and payment technologies.Liaise with Operations group to enhance the automation of processes affecting the portfolio.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.Extensive experience (10+ years) of experience in treasury, securitization and structured finance, preferably within the credit card industry.Strong understanding of securitization structures, credit risk analysis, and financial modeling.Knowledge of credit card industry trends, metrics and accounting standards.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accounting standards related to securitization transactions.Excellent financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within large datasets.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with external stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
