The incumbent will be primarily responsible for enhancing overall sales performance and executing comprehensive sales and marketing initiatives to foster business growth and maintain relationships with both clients and intermediaries for Amicorp Fund Services. This role involves nurturing and expanding the business by sustaining client connections with investors nationwide, either directly or through intermediaries, catering to both domestic and international investors in areas such as Venture Capital, Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Emerging Enterprises.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Expansion
- Achieve sales targets as defined in personal KPIs.
- Formulate and uphold an ambitious sales strategy for the country, aligning with the regional objectives of Amicorp Fund Services, with a focus on acquiring new clients and enhancing existing relationships.
- Utilize a targeted sales methodology, proactively identifying sales opportunities, understanding client needs, and addressing common objections.
- Enhance and leverage existing relationships while actively seeking new customers and intermediaries.
- Lead and execute marketing initiatives while maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Adhere to the sales protocols of Amicorp regarding opportunity identification, contact documentation, and regular closing of prospects.
- Collaborate with local and international teams to cross-sell other Amicorp offerings.
- Refine sales presentations both verbally and visually in customized proposals.
- Represent the organization with the utmost professionalism at all times.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy focused on Fund Administration.
- Design, modify, and execute growth strategies to meet key business goals.
- Marketing and Product Innovation
- Enhance brand visibility through marketing efforts (contributing to promotional materials, writing internal and external communications, organizing events, etc.).
- Innovate and promote new products and services.
- Team and Personal Objectives
- Drive team performance by providing commercial leadership to meet revenue goals, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring successful closure of prospects.
- Set a benchmark by consistently achieving or surpassing individual sales targets.
- Support colleagues in meeting productivity and chargeability goals.
- Business Profitability and Growth
- Ensure that business profitability and performance align with the approved strategic plan.
- Review employee and office performance metrics with management and implement corrective measures for improvement.
- Establish goals for team members and assess performance to collaboratively address any underperformance with HR.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Assume roles such as director, trustee, nominee, or other related positions in internal or client entities as necessary.
- Perform other duties related to the position as agreed upon with management.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with over 15 years of experience in the investment fund sector and a relevant professional network.
- Good understanding of the country’s fund industry regulations, NAV calculations, fund accountability, capital calls, tax fund structures, and audit processes.
- Extensive knowledge of the industry and services provided by Amicorp Fund Services.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to penetrate the market and secure sales.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and a positive demeanor.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to adapt and thrive under pressure in a dynamic team environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
