Job Description

Job Title: Deputy Fund Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Fund Director to join our team at UNOPS Peace and Security Cluster. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading the Fund, supporting teams, and enhancing the Fund's ability to implement the LIFT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements sustainable business strategies, thinks long term and executes effectively.
  • Directly oversees the Technical and Strategy; Programme and Operations; and Communications Teams.
  • Supports teams in achieving their objectives and enhancing the Fund's ability to implement the LIFT strategy.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree preferably in rural development, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and developing business strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
