We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Business Development team in the Greater Toronto Area. In this role, your primary objective will be to establish robust relationships with local and regional rental accounts, as well as collaborate with our Business Development team to broaden our market presence.You love coming up with innovative sales strategies that lead to exceptional results.Manage client relationships and track their sales funnel position using CRM.Attend trade shows and networking events to build connections.Conduct sales pitches with new prospects.Coordinate new account setups and client orientations.Manage ongoing client relationships, including account overviews and annual reviews.Identify upselling opportunities and address customer complaints or billing issues.What You BringPost secondary education, preferably in in Marketing or Business Administration.2 years’ experience in either automotive, equipment sales / leasing or industrial sales is preferred.2 years’ experience in B2B sales with a focus on long term relationship building.We pay competitive wages and benefits, including extended health with a spending account, and dental.You get 3 weeks accrued vacation, a flexible working environment, and wellness time to focus on yourself or your loved ones.You get hands-on training and a path forward in the company if you want to develop your career.This position includes a base salary and commissions based on performance.The Driving Force Inc. values diversity and is committed to providing equal opportunities in the workplace.
