  1. Plan and control budget and expenditures

  7. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  8. Manage contracts
  9. Manage training and development strategies

  11. Answer electronic enquiries
  12. Oversee the preparation of reports
  13. Respond to employee questions and complaints
  14. Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
  15. Oversee payroll administration
  16. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  17. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  18. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  19. Conduct research
  20. Perform data entry
  21. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  22. Recruit and hire staff
  23. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  24. Conduct performance reviews
