We have a great opportunity for a dedicated and organized individual to join our Administration team in supporting our field teams in creating safe and welcoming environments for our clients and their customers.

**Employee Records Management**
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, employment history, and benefits information
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality of HR records
- File time and attendance records, including tracking employee attendance, paid time off, and leave requests in employee hard and electronic folders
- File and track employee training certificates upon completion

**Benefits Administration**
- Enroll employees in the health benefits program
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist in the enrollment process or use of the program

**Human Resources Documentation**
- Prepare and distribute employment-related documents, such as employment agreements, policies, and procedures
- Maintain employee handbooks and update policies as necessary

**Employee Recruitment Support**
- Create and post job postings using an established format
- Screen applicant resumes to determine list for phone screening interviews

**Onboarding and Offboarding**
- Assist in the onboarding process, including new hire orientation, set-up in applicable systems including payroll, organizing distribution of company resources, and paperwork completion
- Coordinate offboarding activities, including exit interviews and documentation

**Compliance and Reporting**
- Assist in maintaining compliance with provincial and federal employment standards as well as Health and Safety requirements
- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics as required

**Other**
- Additional duties as assigned

**What You Need to Succeed in this Role**
- Previous Human Resources Administration experience in a small to medium-sized business
- Previous experience with retail facilities preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Passion for a job well done and making a difference
- Dependability, a strong work ethic, and self-motivation
- Ability to establish priorities and juggle changing priorities
- An approachable style with the ability to work with individuals in different roles and leadership levels
- Capability to perform full-time work in an office environment requiring work on a computer and phone
- A keen interest in learning and developing new skills
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Intermediate level computer literacy including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Acrobat Adobe, Excel, and Word as well as familiarity with other enterprise platforms
