Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Canada, working in hours that align with ET.

Apply Digital is looking for an experienced Change Management Professional that can join our leadership team. Our aim is to enhance our existing offerings and to establish a service that helps our clients adopt and self-operate the modern technology solutions we produce for them. We are looking for someone who can:

1. Empathize with the challenges faced by clients during technology transformations.

2. Establish and support the sale of an attractive Enablement service offering.

3. Operationalize Enablement practices.

4. Stand up and grow a team to deliver Enablement opportunities.

5. Be a thought leader in the Enablement industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Enablement Proposition and Practice:
  • a. Establish and refine an Enablement proposition.
  • b. Devise the Enablement offerings for our company.
  • c. Collaborate on the go-to-market strategy for Enablement.
  • d. Participate in the creation of our marketing/pitch materials.
  • Process Establishment:
  • a. Create and standardize the Enablement methodology, and refine it through its use in client engagements.
  • b. Collaborate with other department heads to infuse Enablement practices into current working methods.
  • Business Development:
  • a. Participate in pitches and client conversations.
  • b. Support the definition of scope and approach for newly won business.
  • c. Facilitate the hand-off of newly won business to and support the delivery teams.
  • Enablement Strategy Consulting/Execution (65% billable target):
  • a. Participate in planning engagements as an Enablement advisor.
  • b. Oversee and deliver Enablement initiatives for clients.
  • c. Devise Enablement solutions that create more business for our company.
  • Team Oversight and Growth:
  • a. Hire, nurture, and manage the Enablement team.
  • b. Coach and manage Enablement practitioners directly.
  • c. Coach and manage product and strategy teams indirectly.
  • Marketing and Brand Support:
  • a. Represent our company as a thought leader in Enablement.
  • Partnerships:
  • a. Support the head of partnerships in liaising with Enablement partners.
Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in Enablement or digital consulting.
  • Experience with supporting the adoption and operationalization of newly introduced modern technologies within the enterprise environments. Experience with MACH architecture will be a huge bonus.
  • Proven track record of successfully empathizing with clients, understanding their challenges, and delivering tailored solutions during technology transformations.
  • Strong business development and sales acumen, with experience in establishing and selling service offerings to clients.
  • Deep understanding of Enablement practices, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to operationalize them within an organization.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in the Enablement industry, such as published articles, speaking engagements, or participation in industry organizations.
