Role: Accounts Payable Administrator
Permanent Full-Time
As an Accounts Payable Administrator (AP Administrator) you are responsible for processing timely payments to vendors and employees while ensuring appropriate approvals are provided. The AP Administrator ensures accurate cross-referencing of support documents, provides field contact and filing support. The AP Administrator performs routine data entry procedures and processing of month end requirements.
Provides routine data entry such as processing, coding, and posting invoices, as well as entering various journal entries
Maintains vendor accounts and helps troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise
Maintains month end accrual schedules and reconciliations
Foundation accounting courses or equivalent relevant experience
Good technical skills relating to financial software programs
Basic Excel knowledge
