This journey promises to be both challenging and rewarding as you navigate the path to excellence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs the Training and Development Specialist you will:Work with and coach the managers to design and implement comprehensive training programs for all employees, including onboarding, product knowledge, and professional development. This includes developing a key competency training program for current managers and employees identified in succession planning to ensure their ongoing development and progression.Work with the organization using established processes, such as performance management, and feedback from leaders and employees to propose common training needs during yearly budget planning.Develop and implement skills development programs for employees and managers, ensuring the integration of competencies and making adjustments as needed.Establish key technical training as identified by management, coordinate its implementation, and integrate it into the training plan for new employees.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure the integration of competencies and make adjustments as needed.Identify external training programs that meet the organization's needs. Contact training centers, trainers, or experts as identified. Analyze service offers and select appropriate options.Implement and maintain a dashboard to track the skills and training of all employees, providing a clear view of progress and areas for improvementQUALIFICATIONSAs the Training and Development Specialist, you will bring:A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on adult learning principles and instructional design.Proficiency in MS Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.Excellent written and oral communication skills, essential for facilitating engaging training sessions.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a background in training needs analysis and program evaluation.Experience in a manufacturing or related industry is an asset, enhancing understanding of the specific training needs in such environments.WHY CHOOSE CRESTLINE COACH?Crestline Coach takes pride in a strong company culture that embodies excellence, integrity, trust and innovation.
