Key Responsibilities: Inbound Logistics Management: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Overseas Shipments: Coordinate and manage international shipments, including handling customs documentation and compliance. Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain performance, reflecting a solution-oriented approach. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key metrics and insights. Customer Service and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related inquiries and issues, demonstrating initiative in problem resolution. Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure a seamless logistics experience. Address and resolve any logistics-related concerns promptly, exhibiting a commitment to customer satisfaction.
