Contract Type:
Permanent - full-time

In this role you will act as the local ambassador of the global brand vision, positioning, key strategies and guidelines to ensure consistent implementation in Italy.

Your scope will cover brand and collection management, PR & Communication, CRM, Digital & e-business, Store Design & Visual Merchandising
Overall Marketing Strategy development, planning and execution.
Define, plan and execute local Marketing activities.

Manages the local Marketing budget to drive investment towards main brand and roadmap pillars, with a ROI mindset and ensuring % of investments are in line with regional guidelines and sales objectives.

Closely liaise with local Retail/Sales function to translate Marketing directives into clear instructions for the Retail front-line.

Liaise with Regional and Global Marketing teams to ensure consistency of local strategy/execution to global guidelines and luxury execution standards.

Develop and implement CRM strategy and actions to achieve business objectives & goals in terms of key CRM metrics.

Define, plan and execute activities to build Brand Saliency
University degree in Marketing or similar background
At least 8 years' experience in Marketing – preferably in Retail, Luxury and SkinCare/Cosmetics sector.

Excellence communication skills and ability to influence and network with external and internal business partners - across functions, with regional/global stakeholders.

Fluent in English (C1) and Italian.
