We are looking for an ambitious Regional Director who will build and lead the existing team of CFOs and book of business in Montreal. This is a remote based role, but you must be within the region.

The CFO Centre is the leading provider of Part-Time Chief Financial Officers within Canada and globally. We're seeking a senior executive business development professional who is passionate about driving sales growth, fostering lasting relationships, and leading teams. Spearhead business development initiatives, actively seeking and capitalizing on opportunities to expand our market presence and increase revenue streams.

Cultivate and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction, maximize sales opportunities, and client retention by leveraging a proven track record of successful account management.

Drive the negotiation and execution of client contracts to establish lucrative new business ventures and partnerships.

Develop and implement growth-oriented strategies that align with our organizational objectives, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive sustainable sales growth.

Analyze regional performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and devise actionable plans to optimize sales performance.

Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and enhance sales effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Solid commercial background with a proven record in developing new business.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building lasting relationships.

Experience in achieving sales goals within the SMB market.

Nous recherchons un(e) haut(e) responsable du développement des affaires, passionné(e) par la croissance des ventes, l'établissement de relations durables et la gestion d'équipe. La personne idéale est énergique, motivée, soucieuse de fournir une expérience client exceptionnelle et possède une solide expérience en matière de développement des ventes, de soutien et de gestion d'équipe, ainsi qu'une compréhension approfondie des défis et de la trajectoire de croissance propres aux PME.

Votre rôle consistera à collaborer étroitement avec notre directeur général, notre président et d'autres directeurs régionaux, en utilisant votre réseau local et vos compétences exceptionnelles en matière de vente pour réussir à élargir la clientèle de la région de Montréal. Mener des initiatives de développement des affaires, en recherchant activement et en exploitant les possibilités d'étendre notre présence sur le marché et d'augmenter les sources de revenus.

Cultiver et entretenir les relations avec la clientèle pour garantir sa satisfaction, maximiser les opportunités de vente et la fidélisation des clients en s'appuyant sur une expérience éprouvée en matière de gestion des comptes.

Diriger la négociation et l'exécution des contrats avec les clients afin d'établir de nouvelles initiatives commerciales et de nouveaux partenariats lucratifs.

Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies axées sur la croissance qui s'alignent sur nos objectifs organisationnels, en tirant parti de la connaissance du marché et des tendances du secteur pour stimuler une croissance durable des ventes.

Assurer un leadership dynamique et un rôle de mentor(e) auprès d'une équipe de chefs de la direction financière à temps partiel.

Analyser les indicateurs de performance régionaux et les tendances du marché afin d'identifier les domaines à améliorer et de concevoir des plans d'action pour optimiser les performances de vente.

Qualifications et qualités souhaitées :

Solide expérience commerciale et expérience avérée dans le développement de nouvelles activités.

Expérience dans la réalisation d'objectifs de vente sur le marché des PME.
