As an Accounting Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the business. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication within the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with key decision-makers and contribute to the success and growth of the company.

Full Time Permanent Opportunity

Hours: 7:30am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm

Location- Concord, ON

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, executive accountant or similar role, preferably in a corporate or family-owned business environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive experience in a Microsoft Office environment is required
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience- QuickBooks and Excel is a MUST .
  • Must be able to answer phones , route calls to proper place, and be extremely professional.
  • Coordinate with clients on orders and shipping/installations.
  • Experience with Invoicing and expense tracking
  • This ideal individual MUST be exceptionally driven, organized team player who is willing to grow within the company.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide assistance to multiple individuals in the presence of frequent interruptions
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
