Our strategic hubs in Trenton, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton and soon-to-be Moncton ensure we can effectively meet customer needs. The business development manager will be responsible for driving sales through new business opportunities as well as maximizing revenue with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and developing sales strategy to increase revenue and profits.
· Oversee the entire sales cycle, from strategic planning to identifying opportunities, cold calling to closing contracts, ensuring profitable revenue growth for Trenton Cold Storage.
· Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for specific markets and customized service offerings, driving revenue generation and expanding the company's customer base.
· Expand on existing transportation relationships and explore new avenues that would help create a competitive advantage for the company in the logistics provided to our customers
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge, staying updated on market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities, while fostering relationships with top customers and troubleshooting issues as needed.
· Travel to all TCS sites across Canada and trade shows and customer sites as required

Proven ability to drive the sales process, from planning to closing
· Extensive experience in warehousing, food, and logistics industries is preferred.
· Bachelors in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
· Proficiency in using Sales CRM.
· Language proficiency in English. French is an asset.
· A valid driving license.
· Willingness to travel as per business needs
