Your responsibilities as a Business Development Manager at Fix Network:
  • Actively create and support the development of a strong pipeline of franchisee leads.
  • Manage the due diligence process with prospects to include all necessary checks, creation of territory maps, and defining base revenue levels etc. This extends from new signings through to franchisee contract renewals.
  • Establish common goals and use project management methodology to ensure progress is documented, milestones and met, goals are achieved and reported on
  • Ensure the deployment of a robust sales process and the teams utilisation of the FMS system to deliver transparent and accurate reporting of sales performance and activities.
  • Collaborate with Fix Auto Paint supplier partners to develop and action targeted and qualified list of prospects
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure compliance with technology requirements and buying group participation.
  • Provide on-going communication to franchisees to ensure awareness of relevant information in a timely manner.
  • Work in partnership with the Marketing team on new franchisee announcements
  • Provide franchisees with support as required either in person, by telephone or email.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, insurance partners and vendor partners.
  • Answer franchisees' questions and requests for assistance with a sense of urgency and in a timely manner.
  • Observe workflow, efficiency and work habits to identify areas for improvement and communicate observations with
  • Ensure the recording and tracking of prospect visits and discussions and other required actions in the FMS
  • Participate in work-related social events, after hours as required.
  • Actively participate in training initiatives offered by the business.
  • Participate in industry events, where relevant, to represent Fix Auto and develop network of contacts.
  • Build and nurture effective relationships with key industry partners and individuals as lead development support.
  • Attend and participate in Fix Auto events.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the collision services industry.
  • 5 years experience in a management or leadership role.
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to monitor financial accountabilities.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
