The Opportunity

We are hiring a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Sales Analyst. The Sales Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies.

What You Will Do:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key sales metrics, performance indicators, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, tactics, and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to sales leadership and other cross-functional teams as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or related field, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
