Le ou la spécialiste de la communauté est responsable de l’exécution de la stratégie communautaire du magasin, qui comprend l’interaction avec la communauté par l’intermédiaire de création de relations, d’événements et d’autres activités, ainsi que le soutien de marketing d’influence lululemon et la participation aux activités de studios locaux. Il ou elle crée et entretient des relations clés avec des ambassadeurs lululemon locaux et d’autres partenaires communautaires pertinents et influents ayant une valeur synergique. ex. avec des ambassadeurs, des membres du programme Sweat Collective, des propriétaires de studio ou des studios partenaires lululemon Studio) pour augmenter l’acquisition d’invités et la fidélisation.
Interagit avec la communauté locale pour découvrir de futurs ambassadeurs ou partenaires et améliorer la réputation du magasin à titre de hub communautaire.
Communique avec les invités sur le plancher pour évaluer leurs besoins uniques, offre de l’éducation technique sur les produits et intègre les programmes multiplateformes à une expérience-invité harmonieuse du début à la fin.
Participe à des événements communautaires locaux et régionaux, les soutient et/ou en organise.
Évalue les données et indicateurs commerciaux relatifs à la communauté pour trouver et donner des informations ou des recommandations à l’équipe de gestion du magasin en lien avec les événements, les projets ou les initiatives communautaires.
Les quarts de travail ont normalement lieu les matins, les après-midi, les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.
De plus, pendant les périodes achalandées, les événements spéciaux ou d’autres circonstances, l’horaire de certains employés peut inclure des petits matins ou des soirées tardives/des nuits complètes.
Un an d’expérience cumulative en service à la clientèle ou en engagement client, en marketing local, en engagement de la marque ou en développement communautaire.

Éducation: diplôme d’études secondaires, formation générale, ou équivalent ou éducation supérieure.

Planification et organisation: planifie et organise le travail d’une façon claire et efficace pour garantir qu’il soit terminé conformément aux priorités.
Esprit d’apprentissage: fait preuve de curiosité, d’ouverture à la rétroaction et vise l’apprentissage de nouvelles compétences ainsi que leur amélioration pour croître et évoluer continuellement.
Le ou la titulaire doit former de nouvelles relations, consolider les partenariats communautaires et participer à des événements liés au conditionnement physique ou au mouvement.
Le travail du ou de la titulaire se fait en équipe, mais également de façon indépendante et parfois avec un ordinateur ou d’autres appareils techniques.
Rémunération et avantages sociaux
14 $ l’heure et est assujettie au salaire minimum de l’emplacement. Ce poste s’accompagne d’une prime d’objectif de 3 $ l’heure , supplémentaire.
