Indspire is seeking a Mental Health Project Manager to manage and deliver Indspire’s partnerships with mental health organizations and related activities. Additionally, the Program Advisor will be responsible for working collaboratively with external partnerships to support Indspire’s Student Success team in their program delivery with respect to culturally relevant mental health initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage partnerships with mental health organizations including coordinating working group activities, deliverables, monitoring timelines, milestones etc.
- Leverage expertise of partner mental health organizations and professionals to support Indspire’s mentorship program.
- Identify and assess new partnership opportunities with mental health organizations and community partners.
- Establish and build relationships with national community mental health partners
- Develop and manage external working groups in support of student programming and mental health.
- Collaborate with external partners to lead delivery of culturally relevant mental health resources.
- Collaborate with external partners to execute mental health mentoring events.
- Support program participants in managing mental health in Indspire’s mentorship program.
- Monitor and evaluate outcomes, reporting to internal and external partners.
- Monitor and report on mental health program budget and expenses.
- Responsible for other related projects and relationships as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a bachelor’s degree in related field and/ or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
- Lived experience engaging with Indigenous communities, knowledge of culture, traditions and ideally issues affecting Indigenous youth.
- Experience with creating and maintaining mental health resources and programs including quality management processes.
- Demonstrated openness to learning and willingness to engage in cultural competency training.
- Skilled in partnership management and relationship building, ability to build rapport with others and work collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills, flexible and able to work with short timelines and multiple priorities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent judgment, decision-making and analytical skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, database systems, and developing online content.
- Experience in event management an asset.
