We are currently looking for a full time Contract Administrator to join our growing team
Our ideal hire would have an in-depth understanding of construction management procedures and experience in planning, scheduling, and assessing project specific needs such as materials, licenses, permits, and equipment.
Junior and senior level candidates will be considered and if successful, will be assigned to projects that align with their skillset and level of experience. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
Handle project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration.
Prepare cost and expenditure statements and forecasts at regular intervals for the duration of the project.
Contract administer the projects, including preparation of contracts and purchase orders, tracking project costs, attending site meetings, ordering materials, client invoicing, dispute resolution, and other related project management tasks.
During project construction, liaise, consult, and communicate with Site Supervisors for cost maintenance and future pricing; Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
2+ years of relevant experience in project management, project coordination, contract administration, or estimating is preferred.
~ Familiarity in road construction and related infrastructure projects is preferred.
~ Experience with Microsoft Project.
~ Strong computer skills and an enthusiasm for innovation.
~ Excellent analytical and planning skills
