Business Development Representative

What You’ll be Doing
We are seeking a talented and motivated BDR (Business Development Representative) to join our small but mighty team. You will be a key member of the sales team that will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for Integrity Advocate. You will play a crucial role in prospecting, qualifying leads, pipeline generation, and setting up initial meetings with potential customers for our Account Executive. You will work closely with the BDR Manager to collaborate and help build out the sales function. What We Need:
- Build an outbound pipeline machine through prospecting, cold calling, emails and LinkedIn messaging.
- Proactively research and identify potential customers through various channels, including; email campaigns, social media, and industry-specific databases.
- Meet activity metrics to lead to a qualified pipeline.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers, engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns through outbound messaging.
- Collaborate with BDR Manager and other BDRs to share knowledge and findings.
- Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for the Account Executive.
- Collaborate closely with all members of the team to qualify leads and provide necessary background information to facilitate successful sales conversions.
- Continuous engagement with leads through email marketing, personalized content, and other touch points to nurture relationships and keep Integrity Advocate top of mind.
What You Have:
- At least 6 months of proven work experience as an outbound SaaS BDR.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve lead generation targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage potential customers and build rapport.
- Tenacity in handling rejection and learning from rejections.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding set targets and KPIs.
- Experience with platforms such as; Google Suite, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, SalesNavigator, and Outreach.
