Key Responsibilities -Identify and reach out to potential business clients through networking, calls, email, and social media -Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads -Present HK Accounting's services in a professional, consultative manner -Schedule meetings and collaborate with partners to close new client engagements -Represent the firm at local business events, chambers of commerce, and networking functions -Track activities and leads using CRM tools and regular reporting Qualifications 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (professional services preferred)-Strong Communications and relationship-building skills -Confidence in reaching out to small and mid-sized business owners -Organized and self-motivated, with a track record of hitting targets Familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services is an asset -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local meetings Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Benefits: Extended health care RRSP match Work Location: In person
