Bolton, Canada HK Accounting Full time

We're looking for a motivated and personable Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our client base. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new business clients who can benefit from our accounting and advisory services.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, networking and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Present HK Accounting's services in a professional, consultative manner
- Schedule meetings and collaborate with partners to close new client engagements
- Represent the firm at local business events, chambers of commerce, and networking functions
- Track activities and leads using CRM tools and regular reporting

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (professional services preferred)
- Strong Communications and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in reaching out to small and mid-sized business owners
- Organized and self-motivated, with a track record of hitting targets
- Familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services is an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local meetings

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
