Questions anything that may not be clear or apparent to the intended consumer.Must be a good communicator, bright,well read and able to handle complexity comfortably.Able to analyze the work, break it down, recommend a course of action that is fully substantiated and documented.Needs to be tolerant of both people and process, keeping broader business goals in mind.Proofread online digital ads and make online / paperless proofreading comments.Work with our time tracking systems for logging of hourly asset and proofreading request billing.Utilize Approvals Plus (ProofHQ) for reading and annotating work when appropriate.Capable to perform under tight deadlines and pressure; cognizant that there is zero tolerance for error in the final released copy in an asset..Willingness to work overtime if necessary, including weekends & late nights.Ability to adapt and learn new formats and digital procedures.Must be a team player,always willing to lend a hand.REQUIRED SKILLSBA/BFA in English or Fine Arts required.Minimum 3 years experience in advertising/marketing proofreadingAccuracy is vitally important. Detail-oriented a must.Able to handle pressure due to tight deadlines.Good memory for projects over time.Ability to remain calm in a crisis.Ability to document and update client/brand nuancesKnowledge and experience in healthcare sector would be preferred.NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
