The Real Estate Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative, sales, research, deal, and marketing support.Duties & Responsibilities:Answer phone calls, emails, and act as landlord liaisonManage office equipment and office/kitchen suppliesWrite Trade Record sheets and keep files in compliance with RECOPay bills, create invoices, distribute funds. RECO compliance as it relates to Brokerage and Trust accounts (Trust account not used regularly)Record keeping for each dealReconcile credit cards, track expenses and record travel expenses/reimbursementsSchedule appointments, arrange travel and other reservationsProvide market researchCommunicate with clientsCreate market maps and demographic reportsAttendance at meetings or trade shows may be required (some travel may be included)Keeping up-to-date on specific retail and mixed-use developments in specific marketsCreate graphs, tour packages and presentations using Adobe IllustratorPerform research on new markets and understand the demographics of those marketsQualifications:A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined experience and educationExperience providing administrative support to a team of professionals, sales or marketing environment preferredProficient with Microsoft Office Suite applicationsExperience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign/IllustratorThe ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, personable, and motivated
