About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Square Yards Real Estate Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our real estate operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our real estate team, including tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and security services.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Team Support: Provide training and support to staff members as needed, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and planning of office services, including accommodation, relocation, and equipment procurement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
