The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the industry with strong experience supporting Mac devices. Along with support experience with Mac devices our client is looking for candidates that have experience supporting Slack, Zoom, G-suite and Jira. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting up to level 2 related issues within G-Suite. Due to the urgency of this role, all candidates applying must be able to start ASAP.
