In this role, you will represent Conagra Brands and other tier one, consumer packaged goods companies, selling and merchandising their iconic brands in grocery stores and mass retail channels.
PART-TIME SALES & MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST – BRANDON - APPROX. Through your higher-performer personality, you will ensure that the brands you represent are executed at the highest level at the outlets you cover. In order to do this, you will need to deliver on-the-call coverage objectives, increase distribution & visibility of the products, execute brand priorities, and build relationships with key store contacts, said differently:
Drive Sales: Selling and building displays, placing point-of-sale material, Plan-o-Gram compliance
Merchandising: Main Shelf, Displays & Stock Replenishment
Build relationships (customer service) with key store personnel - this is an important component of the role
Call Coverage: You will have a set # of retail calls to achieve every day
Product quality control
Gathering & reporting on field insights using an iPad
Flexible Work/Life Balance: Enjoy the freedom to create an in-field schedule that allows you to prioritize your personal commitments
