Role: Customer Service Representative/Inventory Coordinator


As a Customer Service Representative/Inventory Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face and voice of Left Coast Naturals, building strong relationships and embodying our core values. Your role is pivotal, often serving as the customer's first contact with LCN.


Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Location: Toronto Area


Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle receiving and order entry
  • Manage invoicing processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery by coordinating with warehouse and freight companies
  • Maintain current customer information in our ERP system
  • Adhere to internal policies (pricing checks, minimum order size compliance, customer complaint tracking, etc.)
  • Process courier shipments
  • Assist in processing customer credits and returns
  • Perform inventory control (cycle counts, adjustments, short-dated product management)


Ideal Candidate:

You are a proactive problem-solver with a knack for building relationships and a commitment to excellent customer service. You have professional English communication skills, are detail-oriented, and adept at multi-tasking. Experience in order entry or similar detail-oriented roles is essential, along with the ability to work within tight deadlines. You thrive on improving processes, work well in a team, and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of EDI is a plus.
