Our infographics and data visualizations are seen by millions of people every month, providing insight and understanding on various industries including capital markets, mining, energy, sustainability, healthcare, and technology. We partner with clients to create impactful digital media campaigns that engage audiences and drive results.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate new relationships with potential clients, leveraging existing connections.
  • Sell digital media partnerships and campaigns supported by custom infographics.
  • Handle inbound sales, closing new leads generated by our marketing team.
  • Focus on major industries including capital markets, mining, energy, sustainability, healthcare, and tech.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCOMM) or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling media partnerships, ideally with an agency background.
  • Proven track record in hunting new business and closing deals larger than $50k, with an annual revenue target of $2M.
  • A robust network of clients that can be brought on board within your first few weeks.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets, showcasing your strategic acumen.
  • Relevant experience in technology, finance, or media sectors, providing valuable industry insights


Skills:

  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to build compelling presentations.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to stay ahead of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and effectively sell our offerings.


Performance Metrics:

  • Success measured by quarterly sales targets ranging from $250k to $500k.
  • Emphasis on deal renewals, indicating strong customer value and manageable execution.


Team Structure:

  • Reports directly to the VP, Revenue Operations.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $80k - $95k CAD
  • Uncapped variable compensation: 2% for renewals, 4% for inbound sales, and 6% for outbound sales. Given most deals are in USD we pay out commission in USD as well.
  • Competitive benefits structure.
