When you become part of the SiteMax team, you will work directly with the top level of the company and be given the latitude to make decisions and create impact from your efforts. We need you to fill the top of the funnel and construct the conversion all the way down to new customers throughout North America.

You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue for our products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in demand generation, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities.
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and lead follow-up.
  • Utilize marketing ai automation tools to build and optimize lead nurturing workflows.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to support demand generation efforts, working closely with content creators.
  • Monitor and optimize the lead funnel, from initial contact through to conversion and handoff to sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in demand generation and digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and content marketing best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Familiarity with lead scoring and grading methodologies.
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in driving pipeline and revenue growth through demand generation efforts.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position with remote work flexibility.
  • Occasional travel for industry events, conferences, or team meetings.
  • Collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
