Demand Generation Specialist

**Role Overview**
Red Rocket Creative is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to drive our clients’ marketing strategies forward by blending content expertise with a results-driven approach to lead generation. In this role, you will create and execute inbound marketing campaigns designed to attract, nurture, and convert leads, leveraging your knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and data-driven decision-making.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative content and measurable impact, with a strong understanding of building and optimizing campaigns that generate business results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **1. Demand Generation Campaigns **_
- Develop and help execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, focusing on driving traffic, capturing leads, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with clients to create targeted strategies that align with their goals and business objectives.
- **2. Inbound Content Strategy **_
- Ensure all content is optimized for search (SEO) and conversion, using data to inform decisions.
- Write, edit, or assign content to meet quality and performance goals.
- **3. Campaign Performance and Optimization **_
- Monitor, track, and report campaign performance metrics such as traffic, trials, leads, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Regularly analyze content performance and recommend improvements to optimize lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- **4. Collaboration **_
- Manage the content calendar and collaborate with the senior strategist, project manager, content team, and clients to deliver high-impact campaigns on schedule.
- Contribute to strategy meetings with clients
- **5. Trend Analysis and Innovation **_
- Identify and leverage trends in inbound marketing, content, and technology to support client growth.
- Test and implement new tactics to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
**Must-Haves**
- Minimum three years of experience in a demand generation role.
- Proven ability to create and manage SEO-driven content and demand-generation campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
- HubSpot experience with an Inbound Marketing Certification (required).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and experience with tools like SEMrush (certification is an asset).
- Adheres to and maintains brand voice and tone.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.

- Strong English language writing skills
- The ability to work from Red Rocket Creative’s Vancouver studio for the three-month probationary period. Post-probation requires three days per week working from the office.
**Nice-to-Haves**
- Experience with B2B marketing strategies and client account management.
- Familiarity with paid media campaigns, ABM strategies, or marketing automation workflows.

**What You’ll Get**
