Our client, an innovator in construction technology, is seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager to help drive their growth in North America. What You'll Be Working On

  • Developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns (including email marketing, events, and webinars) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Building and managing account-based marketing (ABM) programs to target high-value accounts, improve pipeline velocity, and align closely with sales.
  • Designing and running lead nurturing and re-engagement programs to guide prospects into active buying motions.
  • Identifying and optimizing inbound and outbound marketing activities, monitoring ROI, and leveraging data to improve campaign performance and conversions.
  • Reporting on key performance metrics, highlighting achievements, identifying opportunities, and recommending improvements to enhance demand generation outcomes.
  • Collaborating with global marketing teams to ensure consistent execution across regions and support marketing initiatives outside North America as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally with growth-stage technology companies.
  • Proven success in creating and managing ABM campaigns, lead nurturing strategies, and email marketing programs.
  • Experience planning and executing events and webinars as part of a demand generation strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like CRM systems, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot or Marketo), and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives and work effectively as part of a team.
