We need you to optimize and maximize our digital efforts. It is our goal to be the best digital tool for the construction industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue for our products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in demand generation, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.

Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and events.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and lead follow-up.
Utilize marketing ai automation tools to build and optimize lead nurturing workflows.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to support demand generation efforts, working closely with content creators.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in demand generation and digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
~3-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
~ Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.Salesforce).
~ Google Analytics, Tableau).
~ Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
~ Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools is a plus.
~ Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and content marketing best practices.
~ Strong project management skills with attention to detail.

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in driving pipeline and revenue growth through demand generation efforts.
Full-time position with remote work flexibility.
