Summary of the opportunity

- Client Overview: Our client is a trillion-dollar technology company.

- Role Summary: As a Mid-Level French Translator, you will play a crucial role in analyzing technical

criteria, compiling requirements, coordinating technical meetings, and ensuring the accuracy and

quality of tender documents, while maintaining compliance and organization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Analyzing the technical criteria of calls for tenders

- Compiling requirements and supporting the development of implementation strategies

- Organizing and coordinating technical meetings with relevant personnel

- Assisting the project manager in assembling the service offer and ensuring timely availability of support

documents

- Editing tender documents

- Noting, sending, and following up on questions and answers to the client

- Completing a review of the service offering, ensuring content and quality of the proposal

- Verifying compliance with technical, quality, administrative, and legal criteria

- Respecting filing deadlines and ensuring distribution of work among team members

- Archiving service offering documents and keeping client files up to date

- Communicating the results of tender openings

Experience and Qualifications

MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Ability to coordinate and organize technical meetings

- Proficiency in editing and reviewing documents

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in translation or related field

- Knowledge of tender processes and requirements
