Your Role as Bilingual Order Management Specialist:

In this role, you’ll play an essential part in managing orders, supporting sales activities, and ensuring accurate, efficient processing. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating with various departments, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and review incoming orders with precision, ensuring accuracy in pricing and customer account details
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, offering professional and courteous support
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department on stock requirements and with the warehouse team to confirm timely order processing and shipment
  • Support Sales Representatives by coordinating activities and providing necessary account information
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and demonstrate a thorough understanding of all company products and services
  • Engage in continuous improvement by analyzing and refining order management processes


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Language Proficiency: Fully bilingual in French and English (written and spoken); knowledge of Spanish is an asset
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP Business One and MS Office is beneficial
  • Experience: 2–3 years in a similar customer service or order management role
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to multitask effectively
