We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team and managing all activities in the accounts payable department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of the AP team
  • Review and timely processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reports
  • Ensure that invoices are paid in a timely manner
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Process weekly cheque and EFT runs
  • Process month-end AP closing procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Fluency in English and in French
