ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team and managing all activities in the accounts payable department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of the AP team

Review and timely processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reports

Ensure that invoices are paid in a timely manner

Reconcile vendor statements

Process weekly cheque and EFT runs

Process month-end AP closing procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

Fluency in English and in French
